Sorry for the tmi ladies.. I have nobody else to complain to. I couldn't poop for a week! I finally decided to try wheat thins with avocado slices... Then had a candy apple.. Was in need of fiber.. Finally went and I feel so much better now. Just in case anyone needed a tip on the poop battles... Wheat Thins are now my best friend. 😝🎉👍
