What does it mean when clear stuff comes out of your virgina?

Is it watery, egg white consistency, creamy? Can you explain a little further? When you notice your egg white cervical mucous, that's when you're most fertile. If you're ttc, have sex then and everyday or every other day (some say every, some every other) for a week. 
P.S. Obviously you should avoid those days if you're NOT TTC. I can't remember which group this was posted in!

It usually means nothing bad unless it's accompanied by a foul odor, itching, and/or redness/soreness in/around the vagina
