I need some advice. (Sorry for the length of this.)

A huge walnut tree died this year in my backyard. We didn't have the kind of money to get it taken down before hurricane season here. Dad offered to pay for it when I went to ask his advice on how to get the money. The company was continuously rude to me and SO, trashed our yard and left a useless little stump instead of something we could use for a table. They refused and still refuse to speak to us. To the point that for the estimate, the guy talked about my SO while on the phone with dad and never said anything to or at SO. That guy was also so drunk SO could smell it while they were standing outside. I mentioned this to dad and he just said he wouldn't be the one cutting the tree down.

I thanked dad when he said they were done with the tree and then went out back to find the damage. I wrote a bad review on yelp, Google, and facebook. I didn't tell dad because it wasn't his fault. Instead of reaching out to me, they called dad and told him to get the reviews taken down because it should have cost $3000 and he only charged $1800. Not because the reviews were wrong. So dad is mad at me. I said I would take them down if they apologized for the way they treated us. Mom gave them my number. They did not call. They did respond on facebook by saying my parents were happy with the job. I changed the review to include that they ignored me and continued to be childish and they don't deserve the money. My sister and BIL are both telling me to shut up and deal with it because dad paid. I don't think that is fair that I should be happy he paid for them to be disrespectful and do the bare minimum for the job. I am grateful to not have to worry about that tree with the storms but this whole situation is ridiculous.
