I recently gave birth 2 weeks ago and my 7 year old started summer vacation a week later. I feel like I am all over the place trying to care for a newborn and entertain my other son.. it is so hard with him being home from school! My SO went back to work after a week as well and I’ll be honest, I’m totally struggling with everything. I have my mom to help but she has a lot going on as well so I really don’t want to bug her to come over or watch my older son. How are you mommies holding up with this? What kind of things do you do with your older child or have them do during this time??
