A new mumma in training !Help?

Hi mums! Im a breastfeeding mumma, pf a 2 month old the past good two weeks i have just wanted to eat eat eat!!! Its driving me insane i have cereal or 2x tpazt with a coffee, ill eat lunch and dinner aswel as constant snacks throughout the day! I will have a salad sandwich for lunch or tuna with rice dinner is usually pretty healthy like chicken or beef stirfrys or steak w salad etc occasionally a quick frozen food dinner when im just to exhausted!

But i seem to be puttong weight back on im always hungry.

And i want to start exercising a couple times a week as im not feeling that good looking 😭😂

My 2 month old also suffers from colic (severe crying attacks around 5pm) crys a lot throughout the day when shes not in my arms!

Since my bub has been born i have become a clean freak!

(Also abiut to move house in 5days time)

So my question how do you mummas eat so your not hungry 24/7, exercise, clean and keep bubba happy all at the same time while extremely tired?!?!

PLEASE help a mumma out? 🥰

(Yes i do have a partner who does help cook when he gets home if i haventnmanaged to do dinner however he does work 5-6 days a week 12hr shifts sometimes 12hr night shifts aswel! )
