Knees and feet hurt
Seriously feels like I aged 15-20 years in my knees and feet since giving birth 5 weeks ago... like it took something from me and now my knees ache badly when I get up off the floor or couch, and the bones in my feet sporadically hurt while walking.
Anyone else experience this?
I gained a lot of weight during pregnancy (55lbs) but I’m down to only 20lbs heavier than I was before getting pregnant. And my knees didn’t hurt like this when I was pregnant.
