Fathers Day

I took my daughters dad to court over two years ago for custody of our daughter who is now 3. To this day he has NOT followed the court order we agreed to, that includes everything from him not being supervised when he was supposed to be, to not paying his child support nor her insurance payments to the state (as court ordered), not updating his place of employment/phone number/living address & even to trashing my name on social media. Now that tomorrow is Fathers Day, he wants to refer to our court order & go as far as texting me "our papers say I'm supposed to get her at noon tomorrow where do I get her" but he has done absolutely nothing for her. If it weren't for me taking him to court two years ago & the state awarding him visitation, he would 100% have nothing to do with her. My question is, am I wrong for finally breaking our court order & not allowing her to go with him? What would you other mommas do? I'm honestly so frustrated & the last thing I want is to sound like I'm a bitter person, but he does nothing for our sweet girl. I don't want to act out of anger, I just want some opinions & to sleep on it & cool off & decide tomorrow before 12:00.
