Is motherhood worth it!?

As a FTM, due Aug 19, I’m constantly getting advice whether solicited or not. It doesn’t really bother me, some I take heed to and some goes in file 13 lol What bothers me is the nightmare stories of how they don’t get any sleep or the house always being a mess or how your social life suffers. I get this long list of negatives, right from the start. Of course these horror stories end with the mom saying “but you’ll love it, it’s all worth it” Seriously?! Cause it sounds like you hate your life. And it’s really disheartening for a FTM to hear.
