Hi every one I need your help

I have ababy 8 months old and now I am pregnant with the second child 6 weeks and Ido not want to keep it because my son is so young and I had CC sergery to bring him to lif so I started taking cytotec drug since thursday night and till this moment nothing happend so could you help me please ???any advice
