Late period caused by copper IUD removal?

Hey guys. So the first day of my last period was May 13. I got my copper IUD taken out May 27 and was estimated to ovulate May 29, although i wasn't monitoring so I'm not sure if that's when it occured. My husband and I want to start trying but the next few months are crazy for us, so he started pulling out once it was removed. I'm now on cycle day 35 and still no AF although I did have some PMS symptoms around June 4. Has anyone else experienced late or missed periods after copper IUD removal? They're hormone-free so I wasn't expecting this...
