Alright so long story short I have a wedding to go to this coming Saturday and the dress code on the invite is “formal eclectic (have some fun with it)”

What the hell does that even mean?! I was going to play it safe and just wear a black cocktail dress but then the bride firmly shut me down because the bridesmaids are wearing black.

My husband and son are wearing their kilts because that’s what they wear for weddings (Scottish heritage).

So. Long story short, help. It’s going to be outdoors, 96 and humid and gross. Is it okay to wear a dress with sheer detailing so I don’t sweat to death? WHAT DO I WEAR 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
