Regression around 12 months?

Is there some kinda of regression around 12 months? My daughter has been SOOO fussy, clingy, and sleepy. She turns a year old in a week. We never really had bad regressions before this but this is by far the worst. Shes been back and forth for a few days between no naps at all or taking hour long naps all day. Shes been snacking so much but refuses to have a sit down full meal she just wants crackers and fruit all day long. And we have to play Coco on repeat all day or she just balls her eyes out.
