I'm 6w4d ... Last night I had some bright red spotting 2ce when I went to pee and then it stopped . No cramping , no bleeding over night, no bleeding today. Has anyone experienced anything similar that can share. My dr said just to lay low and try to get in first thing Monday morning . My first ultrasound is schedule for oct 1 so I'm hoping that can get me in and shed some light on what's going on. Obviously I'm panicked - this is my first pregnancy. Thanks !
