Nauseous 🤮
I was sooooo fine until 20 mins ago, all of a sudden my face got really hot ( my cheeks are burning) and now I’m so nauseous I can’t stand it. I think it’s strange it came on so fast out of nowhere I wasn’t eating moving or doing anything. I’m only 7 weeks any advice on how to cool off?
