I have my glucose test tomorrow morning and our power is out so I can’t see even more than normal when it comes to getting ready for my appt. I can’t remember from my first kiddo when they starting going down town again during visits. I’m 27 weeks. Lol can someone help me out?! I don’t want to butcher my lady bits in the dark for nothing 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Not until you are close to delivery if they check to see if you are dilated any...I just had my 28 week appointment and doctor only did an ultrasound to get the heartbeat

Lol they won’t start going there again until the last month usually starting around 36 weeks

My doctor does a vaginal ultrasound every 3 weeks to check the length of my cervix.  My GD test isn’t for a couple weeks, I’d assume they’d do an ultrasound then too even though it’s not needed for the test. Every doctor is different though.

I will say I had mine glucose appointment a few weeks back. They just did the Doppler and had me drink a sugary drink and wait an hour. Then they took blood. Nothing else.

Nah they don’t do that yet. They just measured my belly and used doppler for heart beat
