I absolutely love a panty liner and tampon duo! It’s the most comfortable for me. I would recommend trying it. If not that I’m all for tampons, then when spotting the panty liner only. Good Luck hun

I used to wear a pad and a tampon during school, because I didn’t like the loud wrapper of a pad. so I put a tampon in, in the morning. And take it out when needed and just wear the pad for the rest of the school day. But now since I’m not embarrassed of having a period anymore, I just open that pad up with out even caring.

Tampons and a panty liner are great during the day, and then I wear pads at night!

I’d wear a panty liner until you figure out how tampons work for you and your flow.  A pad isn’t necessary unless you’re constantly having accidents in which case you probably just need to go up a size or two in tampons.
