std from receiving oral?

i got blackout drunk the other night and somebody apparently ate me out? we were both very drunk so i doubt it was for very long, i was being annoying & i didnt really want him to and was calling ppl to pick me up but was also to drunk to move? not even 24 hours later after i woke up from a 3 hr nap to sleep the drunkenness off ive been having horrible cramping in my lower abdomen, is it possible i could have an std and is it even normal for it to show up within 4-5 hours?
