So I’m not getting married anytime soon, but when I do I’ve always wanted to have my best friend be my best man. I have plenty of girl friends, but I just haven’t met any yet that I’ve gotten as close with as my best guy friend. It’s completely platonic, and we’ve been through so much together, he knows my tastes better than anyone else. Would it be weird to have a best man as a bride? Even possibly a best man and a maid of honor!

Also, I would be totally fine with my future husband having a maid of honor if his best friend was female.

I’ve also wanted to have both of my parents walk me down the aisle instead of just my dad so I definitely won’t be the most traditional bride someday 😂
