Irritable bladder or UTI?

I'm 11 weeks - and keep needing to go to the bathroom, then go again soon after but not much comes out.
Is this normal? I don't have any pain, change in urine colour or smell - just the urge to go for small amounts

It could be from progesterone. As long as you have no burning or bleeding when you pee it’s unlikely an infection
