Help I’m freaking out

I’m 17 I’ve always had a unregular period but since January to May it had came on the expected day. My period is late by 5 days I have unprotected sex but use the pull out method. I took 2 pregnancy test 2 days ago but it came back negative. I’m having my typical period pains like sore breast and back pain but no abdominals cramps. Should I be worried??
