I know that it's quite normal to get tender breasts before you get your period, but for as long as I can remember, my breasts have been extremely swollen (hard and around 1 1/2- 2cup sizes bigger) and come with some serious pain every time I'm about to get my period. does anybody else experience this? and or know the cause of it? I have been diagnosed with PMDD and I am currently on medicine that helps with my emotions, but I still haven't figured out how to ease my breast pain yet or whether or not there's a correlation between it and my diagnosis
