2nd IUI tomorrow

I have my 2nd IUI scheduled for tomorrow. Ultrasound first to make sure everything’s good to go.

This is also my 3rd month on clomid.

My last ultrasound/IUI I only had 1 follicle. My ultrasound tech made a comment about how it looked great but normally she hopes for 2-3. My doctor said the same thing but reassured me that you only NEED one. After seeing posts where nearly EVERYONE has had more than 1 follicle what’s the problem with me? Do I need higher/more meds? Is 1 follicle normal?
