Try drinking some caffeine (like tea)--caffeine constricts blood vessels--helped with mine. Also try upping your water intake, even if you think you are drinking a lot. And Tylenol, of course.

Before resorting to medication I always start with ginger tea because it naturally helps headaches. Almonds are also known to help headaches so this combination is usually enough to help me. 
If you want something stronger you can try Excedrin tension headache which has a combination of low dose caffeine (65mg... the allowed dose for pregnancy is 200mg) and acetaminophen (Tylenol) and it works the best for me without harmful NSAIDS.

My obgyn prescribed me a medication called fioricet but unfortunately it is now a controlled substance due to being a barbiturate. Good Luck
