My ultrasound she "thought" She saw a small sack in the uterus but I have had no bleeding and just on and off sharp pinching on my left side for 5 days now.

Only thing we knew is the hcg was going down so I will miscarry but I'm so so paranoid to have to have surgery and loose the tube possibly.

I'm going for a scan at the hospital at 245 and if that is the case I will have surgery today. I'm fkn GOING CRAZY I just wanna have a normal miscarriage not all this. Y'all know how horrible I am with surgery and paps and all this bullshit. I don't know how ima do this! . Please take a moment, a second... Just to say a quick prayer for me today that this is a normal miscarriage and I don't have to have this surgery 😔 🙌👏🙏
