periods on holiday !

i’m off on holiday in around 6 weeks , iv just finished my cycle , i tried using a tampon but i’m not getting the hang off them ! what do you suggest my period has been off lately and it has predicted i will be on the first 2/3 days of my holiday (on for a total of 7 days) ❤️ i am heavy , i have to change my pad every 2/3 hours 🙌🏼
