Checking your own cervix
I'm 38+5 and my hubby is constantly asking about dialation... My midwife doesn't check at all for it but I told him i could try checking myself so we watched a video and he wanted to try checking for me... He got done and said I was at a 5... Obviously I'm not at a 5 but anyone try doing it yourself??
