34 kilos gone in 9 months!!!
Hi Ladies, wanted to share my story. After many years of being overweight, 9 months ago weighing 101 kilos i decided i had enough of not fitting into the clothes i wanted, of constantly feeling tired, of always finding flaws in my reflection. So i changed my diet and started doing crossfit every single day and returned to Muay Thai. 9 months and 34 kilos later i feel amazing and im so happy and proud of what i have achieved. It is possible if we want and with discipline.
