Left breast pain and pinky + nerve numbness upon waking up.

I woke up today to find my pinky and the nerve connected to it slightly numb. When I got up and moved around I noticed my left breast hurt quite a bit, if I bend over it hurts, if I touch it with too much pressure it hurts. My right breast is completely normal. Both breasts look normal after prodding them and looking at them in the mirror. I'm getting burning pinching pains on my upper left spine to my breast then to my pinky. Did I pinch a nerve really badly while sleeping ? I'm 21 female and I know this isn't really TMI but I couldn't find a group for health concerns or questions other than this one.
