Non milk drinkers
Hello beautiful lady's!
Gotta question for ya,
So I'm not a big fan of drinking milk or milk in general for that matter. If I do have milk it's with my cereal and that's seldom that I eat it.
How can I get more calcium in my diet? I know I'm deffinatly not getting enough. Any advice/answers appreciated!
