After 18 months of TTC we have just found out that I have low AMH and my Fiancé has a very low sperm count (less than 1 million per ml). His blood tests showed no hormonal issues but he has not yet a physical examination. He has a child from a previous relationship and is fit and healthy, exercises regularly doesn’t drink or smoke.

Based on current results we have been told that <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> ICSI is our only option. Has anyone got any recommendations of what we can do to increase sperm count to increase our chances of success?

We are feeling pretty devastated so it would also be great to hear any success stories from anyone with similar results who conceived either naturally or via <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>.

Any advice or tips greatly appreciated.
