Head support for car seat?

With infant insert out what does everyone use? I want something super safe

After market products are not safe. If it’s not included with the car seat don’t use it. Yes I know they’re sold but it doesn’t matter, it’s literally in the car seat manual not to use after market products.

Mine had a separate infant insert and head support. So I only removed the infant insert.
