I used Sliquid Organics and got pregnant very quickly after stopping birth control. 
Regular lubes are not all equal! The worst ingredients for sperm are glycerin and parabens. These are not great for your vagina either, TTC or not. Most cheap drugstore KY and astroglide have them. You can find better lubes at women-owned/women-friendly sex shops (in bigger towns/cities) or online. 
Studies on PreSeed vs. natural lubrication rates showed no difference in conception rates of couples TTC naturally and a very small improvement when used for IVF. Not worth the $$, IMO.

If you are trying to conceive you should really look for some sperm friendly lube , as normal lube can limit sperms motility. I'm certain you can get pregnant using normal lube but why make things harder for the littke swimmers.
