So I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I recently quit my job on the 15th of this month because our MetroBy T-Mobile got bought out to new ppl named Sana & Sam and they have this younger guy named Ali to work with them.Sana and Sam are married and they treat Ali like a son, they treat them each other like family, I had to be the first one to quit because they’ve been stealing money from our customers and Ali keeps most of their change knowing the customer won’t count and keeps it in HIS wallet, he took a ladies payment of $300 for a new phone and sent her off with a NON WORKING PHONE. Last time I checked we actually cared for our customers. So I went off on sam cause they demoted my manager with out telling her and we all were only allowed one day off... me and Donna another bilingual, were supposed to be getting paid 11 and never did so we talked to them and they said they’ll think about it then said we have to show we want it and sell a lot...we’ve been working here for almost a year.. that loyal... They kept making me and Donna (pregnant) move heavy and non heavy things around while they BOTH do nothing but take OUR sales.. And made us open 9:30 to close 8:15...with...get ready for this one...with a 10 minute lunch break!!! Donna and I asked to go on lunch together while we think about what to do, we took our hour cause last time I checked it’s law that you take at least and hour lunch break depending for how long you’re working which was ALL FUCKING DAY FOR US. Ali said “10 min lunch is long enough no?” I wa gonna fight for our break right there but I was like nah imma take what I deserve. I did however ask “10 mins for lunch?! Ok?? Umm ok then what about our short breaks?” He said “you don’t get any breaks lunch is only one and y’all have 10 mins”... so I told Mr.Sam when he got back and since I stood up to them both they told Mrs.Sana and they gave Donna a raise and nothing to me.. when I’m the one who told them what they were doing wrong and why I left, they only gave Donna a $1 raise at another store so she won’t see what Sam and Ali are doing... good for her but a fucking dollar raise isn’t enough to support our babies, I told her to take it just to see if it’s any different until she finds a fallback job. And I’m still looking for a job.
