So how many days does your LH surge last? Mines going on 4 days now, but I've heard that can be pretty normal. Although I've never had it last more than a few hours, if I'm able to catch it at all...

Anyone else have this? Or can explain what's going on?

I've had cramping the past 4 days, which I'm assuming is ovulation occuring...? Not sure. But also lower back pain the past 4 days as well. Negative HCG, but that's way too early anywaya even if I was pregnant, which I dont think I am. I usually can sense that..

And so had a slight spike in BBT this morning at a 98.22, from my usual 97.3-.6ish.
