So with my first baby, I got pregnant with her after 4 months, and we only used Pre-seed the 4th month, so I got pregnant after using it the one time. Now we're on our 3rd cycle and have used Pre-seed every time, and still not pregnant. So it's not something magical, but it doesn't hinder sperm like regular lube does, so there's no harm in that.
