Is your baby on an eat, play, sleep schedule or eat, sleep, plau schedule?? My girl is 11 weeks old and will ONLY nurse to sleep. I just started the taking cara babies class (I know I am late) and already feel so discouraged. I tried today and it took me 35 minutes to get her down for a 5 minute nap. I love that I can nurse her to sleep and be her comfort, but I also know it is turning into a bad habit where she will not calm down for anyone but me and I just need a break sometimes. My husband wants to help so bad but just can't!!! Any tips, advice, encouragement??? I feed in demand. She has reflux so she has to sit up for 20 m after each feed.
