Is this a miscarriage?

So I haven't had my period in 2 months but that's sometimes normal for me. I didn't suspect I was pregnant or anything because my husband and I have been ttc for 8 years...then I started getting really bad pains in my stomach and this came out. Is it a miscarriage?

Take a test. If it is, it’ll be positive. If not, then no it’s just a big blood clot probably due to the fact that you haven’t had a period in two months.

Thank you everyone. I took a test earlier and it was negative and my bleeding stopped a little after that clot came out. This has never happened to me before even when I don't have periods for months at a time so it kinda scared me.

It could very well be. Only way to know is to have your blood tested.
