So, I am 21, and yes I have been trying for a baby since I was 18. Don’t worry about that. What really matters here is that I found out early that I have PCOS. And now with the help of my mom, I have found something hat hopefully works. I have taken Metformin and tried losing weight. It just didn’t seem to work right. So now I am going Keto and trying something a little more on the natural side. While it is still a pill it is something that is inside of us. Women who are battling PCOS should look into this helpful little bean!

Inositol helped regulate my cycles. It took it about 3 months of taking it daily. I bought it powdered and mixed the ratio myself. My recommendation is to start small and work your way up because it can cause headaches. (I am not taking it right now because I can’t afford it, but I would prefer it to the prescription mess they have me taking right now).

I’m not saying this won’t work per se (heck I’m willing to try anything at this point), but this is not a reputable medical site. You can pretty much get anything published on a .com site with a medical sounding name and make people believe it’s true. That’s how the “chocolate helps you loose weight” article got popular but its total bs.
