TMI Bowel Movement Question

Hi everyone!

I just used the bathroom to go poo (sorry tmi) and I wipe and it's a lime green jelly like substance so I then look in the toilet and my poo is green!

I've done a quick Google search but for the first time ever I'm not getting a direct answer.

Anyone ever have this? I'll add that I took my children to water park on Saturday and that evening I felt like crap. (LOL) and my 2 year has been having bad poo diapers but nothing like what I saw come from me.
