Birthing ball?

Question

Are any of you bouncing on birthing balls to get baby into position? I’m 35 weeks and baby girl still moves around so much, so I’m contemplating bouncing on the ball to try and get her head down.

Use mine all the time, not necessarily to get him head down (he already is) but just to open my pelvis and allow him to engage more. 36 weeks.

I got one several weeks ago and have used it here and there since. I've been using it more regularly lately. It can help with positioning, but also just with muscle preparation and comfort techniques too.

I randomly use one to relieve back/pelvic pain. My baby has been head down since about 30w. 
It was probably a coincidence but my last baby was born the day after i started using the yoga ball at 37w

I absolutely love mine. Had one with my last. Only labored maybe 6-8 hours. Hoping this time is the same. Was such an easy labor. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering one. Not an expensive investment plus they can be usefull after birth also.
