Too many Braxton Hicks?

Question

I'm 31 weeks and I've been having Braxton Hicks contractions all day long, definitely more than a couple per hour. I'm a FTM and not sure if I should be concerned. I'm definitely not dehydrated either. She's still moving like normal and I don't have any cramping.

I was told that if you have 4 to 6 contractions within an hour for 2 hours to drink two big glasses of water lay on your left side and time your contractions. If they continue then go into the doctors.

I am pretty sure when I talked to my OB she said no more than 4 in an hour. I would just count and give em a ring if it goes over just to see what they say.
