Conceiving the 1st month TTC?

Has anyone ever gotten pregnant the first month they started ttc?  If not, how long for each?

One time with my first. On month 4 trying for another.

I did but it didn't stick. Now 5 months later, still trying.

I did with both pregnancies. Just got a tubal reversal. Hope it will be as easy this time also.
