Should I join the gym?
Hi people,
I am TTC after a miscarriage. I am currently sitting around 7-8 DPO.
For the past few months, my weight is on the rise, very slowly, but it is increasing. I am going beyond my natural comfort zone and would like to arrest the gain. I have a 100% sedentary job which has started to get a little stressful and it is affecting me. Exercising will sort all my issues but I am not getting the time to do so.
I am getting a great deal on a gym membership. It’s right next door to my home and I can definitely make a little time for working out. But I am TTC and scared. Cant decide.
Please help me out with your options.
