Can you be pregnant and get your period?

I’m just curious because my boobs got a whole cup size bigger. My period was shorter then usual and way lighter. I’ve been nauseous almost everyday for a week. And today I was having lower back pain. Any ideas as to whether you can get prefab and still get a period?

It’s possible if you ovulate early, or have long periods, but it’s rare. Just test to find out

I’m guessing it’s unlikely, but I’ve heard stories of people who bled throughout their whole first trimester. Not sure what causes that...I guess we are all different. I struggled with that this month, I could have sworn I was pregnant and then I got my period...😩
