Help ... I have a question

I took clear blue test and it says “ Not pregnant” I opened up and I saw a second line. Is very faint. I’m 2 days late, craving steak like crazy and lot of gas, nausea and I vomited yesterday. Can I rely on this line or no since is from a digital test?
