Day time naps
What can i do to get my daughter to have longer day time naps? She currently cat naps in her bouncer for about 15-30 mins several times a day! I want to be able to put her upstairs for a couple of hours so i can get things done!
Shes still swaddled so i swaddle her rock her and put her down when shes asleep but she just never goes into a deep sleep because when i go down she starts crying on the monitor after around 30 mins max
