Does anyone else have pains in their hips and across their bump while sleeping and getting up in the morning?

I've been sleeping on my side with a pillow between my legs, and I'll wake up numerous times a night so sore and stiff. My hip I've been sleeping on is so painful, and I get sharp tight pains all over my bump when I move. I have to move so slowly on to my back, then onto the other side, and it's so painful! It's the same waking up in the morning, then I'm hobbling to the toilet nearly bent double. I've got a pregnancy pillow being delivered soon.

Anyone else get this?

UPDATE -- So last night I folded a duvet in half and slept on that on my matress and I had hardly any issues! I hope this is the solution!
