Please help me to feel more relaxed.
So I’ve recently found out I’m pregnant, around 3 or 4 weeks. Such early days. I can’t help feeling so so so anxious, like I’m either going to have a miscarriage or a chemical! I know it’s not logical, but I suffer badly with anxiety and it’s like I can’t just allow myself to relax.
Does anyone else relate? What can I do? I think reading up about the facts and how common or uncommon it is may help, as just trying to relax or not worry doesn’t work.
Just to add, I’ve had one pregnancy before this one and it was a healthy one.
