Anyone who has torn in their perineum in previous pregnancies..

Did you have any kind of pain afterward? With my first I think my doctor sewed me up funny. With my second I had too much epidural and didnt feel a thing. Now that I'm pregnant with my third (16w5d) anytime I have sex or push too hard to "go" it tears again. I've talked to my doctor and she didnt seem concerned or to really even care.

So has this happened to anyone else? This is stressful and painful and I just want to know if I'm the only one. I just want answers!!
