My husband and I are finally at a point where, we are ready to start trying for a baby. I was on birth control for 3 years prior and we never had any scares. I’m at the point where, I want to get pregnant like ASAP but, I’m aware that it is going to take time. So my questions are:

*How long does it usually take (or how long did it take you) to conceive after getting off birth control?

*Is there anything I can do or take in order to make the process speed up?

*Also, did you feel any withdrawals after you stopped taking your birth control? I for example, am having major headaches, decreased appetite, and hot flashes if you want to call them that.

I’m just trying to get an idea of what to expect and how the process may go since, this is my first time ever trying to get pregnant. I’m also 28 so, I’m not sure if that is a factor that could delay the process as well. Any thoughts, ideas, opinions, answers are truly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
